This company is absolute garbage. I had a door-to-door salesman show up to my house, he claimed that one of my neighbors had called because of a rat/rodent issue in the neighborhood so they would be offering rat/rodent removal to the whole block at a discounted rate this week. I said sure, better to be proactive and especially if there's a discount. The salesman then signed me up for a monthly or bi-monthly spider/pest spray service.
