I am extremely disappointed with what I’ve seen at this florist. I placed my order well in advance to ensure everything would be perfect, but the experience was a total disaster. When I arrived to pick up my flowers four days later, the staff couldn't even find my order. It turns out they had completely lost it. Instead of professionally resolving the issue, they scrambled to throw something together "on the fly" with whatever was left in the shop.
