Honest , friendly , and treated me like i was family.lee went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care od properly. Menard gave me an excellent price and jean gave me the royal family treatment by offering me something to drink and taking time out of his busy schedule as an owner to have a meaningfull conversation which is unusual for most owners to do as they are usually about money and dont know you after you pay for the services . I will recommend this shop to everyone i know.
HORRIBLE and SHADY PEOPLE! Needed new tires on my wife's S550 and figured "why not save a few bucks." Obviously this was the WRONG IDEA! They guaranteed me the tires that I purchased and said that all I needed was an alignment. I went to Benz to get an alignment but Benz said that I bought "choppy" and "unacceptable tires." I came back and asked for a refund, or even different tires but they didn't want to listen. They didn't care that the tires they sold me were worthless and didn't even want to look at them.
