I am extremely pleased with the way Justin & Josh from Economy Water Heating Repair handled the install. They removed my old tank, changed any necessary piping, made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I recently found Economy Water Heating Repair and we are using this company for HVAC and Plumbing. I respect their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone!
When it comes to plumbing, you really do not need a plumber until you actually need a plumber....and boy did I need one! Outstanding experience from beginning to end. I had originally scheduled one of Angie's Deals for a $38 water heater drain and plumbing inspection. The company contacted me right away and scheduled the service. The plumber, Michael P. called me right before his arrival to give me a heads up. He arrived on time and was very professional. Went fine with no problems. Gave me good information about the unit I had and left me an estimate for a new unit.
Jeff O arrived promptly. He determined that the temperature/pressure valve was blown and that it was under warranty. He checked the pressure at several spots in my house and noticed that the hose bibb on the front of the house was stripped. I let him repair that too. The work was done quickly and professionally. Jeff did a good job of explaining what he did.
