I had two trees to be trimmed. The lower branches on a blue spruce and an oak tree. Two men arrived with not enough equipment to do the job. I let them use 2 ladders, an extension cord, and a shovel of mine. The crew gets 5 stars for doing more with less than I thought they could. They didn't even have a pole pruner. The owner gets 1 star. How is your crew expected to accomplish the job without proper equipment? I also didn't get the senior or military discount. I qualified for both.
