I also say stay away from this place!!! My son and daughter in-law used them. They moved from ft morgan, were making their payments and yet this place SOLD all of their belongings!!! they also had heirlooms and other things that can not be replaced. they also do not send out statements even though they say they do. Customer service could care less what happens to your things and they have been very rude on the phone too.
Please check with BBB on this paticular facility, My items that were heirlooms and other valuable items were missing from my storeage unit. Consumers beware, I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. Customer service was not helpful in trying to retreive nor did they have any answers to the where-abouts of my things. Nor was my money returned, Do not leave valuables in these units if you use this location. There are items that cannot be replaced, and I will never know what happened except they were probably sold.
