Great storage unit at a low cost. Extremely flexible and willing to work with the customers to make the experience as easy and affordable as possible. Have used it for small spaces and at one point most of my house was stored here. Have used many times, and will continue to be my first choice. Friendly service as well.
Really sketchy business practices, they confirmed with me the move out date and then charged me for additional months afterwards. Indefensible behavior by a business - I hope others avoid working with them at all costs unless you’re prepared to pay triple what you expected to pay.
These guys are straight up scammers. Was told I had to pay an additional month, when I called to move out after I had only been there for less than a month. I agreed. Then I was ASSURED over the phone that my account was closed out by the guy on the phone. They asked me to take a picture but I told them I was not there so he said he would check the cameras IN THE MORNING. That's the scam part. He did not check and the continued to bill me for a 3rd time and where set up to bill me a 4th. I called back when I noticed this to ... read more
