I made a reservation for U-Haul in the city of Anaheim. When I arrived at my schedule time, I walked into the office, I needed to pick up a pin for my received. A person from behind the counter sitting down looking at their phone yelled out “Do you have a reservation”. I said I did, then they yelled “what my name” then instructed me to come towards them. Terrible place.They need better running equipment stuff is all broke down.
Great place. Rented an engine lift and everyone there was super helpful when my truck broke down in their yard and spent a bit trying to help me get it running again. Would definitely recommend.
