I rented a car from here via Discovercars.com. And the when I brought the rental voucher which mentioned that I don’t need to add any additional coverage to the counter, the lady at the counter said they don’t accept any other insurance from other company and I had to pay extra for another insurance. Now I claimed this problem to Discovercars but they just reply once a week and they said they can’t cover any money. Both of these two company are such a shame scamming group. Don't rent a car from this company. My daughter couldn't even get the car
They have a strict 24 hour policy so if you want flexibility to return your car at a later time then I suggest not to use them as they will charge you for another day even if you want to return their car after a couple of hours. The inconvenience caused to me because of this is ridiculous.
Ordered through Priceline and they charged 129 more than the agreed price. Run from this place.
Terrible experience!!! Do not book here. I made and paid for a reservation online and they wouldn't honor the insurance that I paid for! The lady was not helpful and not kind. We ended up canceling and just eating the cost, because of their ridiculous extra charges they wanted to tack on. Would not ever book with them again!!!!
