Don't rent a car from this company. My daughter couldn't even get the car
They have a strict 24 hour policy so if you want flexibility to return your car at a later time then I suggest not to use them as they will charge you for another day even if you want to return their car after a couple of hours. The inconvenience caused to me because of this is ridiculous.
Ordered through Priceline and they charged 129 more than the agreed price. Run from this place.
Terrible experience!!! Do not book here. I made and paid for a reservation online and they wouldn't honor the insurance that I paid for! The lady was not helpful and not kind. We ended up canceling and just eating the cost, because of their ridiculous extra charges they wanted to tack on. Would not ever book with them again!!!!
They don’t even deserve one star. They advertise free shuttles to and from LAX but in order to get to the counter you have to take the complimentary airport shuttle to an economy parking lot where “someone in a van will be waiting for you” to bring you to their sketchy location. The entire process takes over an hour and then it takes another 45 minutes for your car to pull up.
