This place is a scam they will not accept your insurance card that had both mine and my wife names as insured said they need the insurance declaration which we then provided but is addressed to my wife but in body says both myself and wife are insured. They rejected saying she is primary insured and they wouldn’t accept it or change to her as the driver. They are a scam company
If I could leave less than star I would. Never run into a bigger bait and switch in my life. If you come in late, they will shake you down for hundreds of dollars for a multi day rental and if he refuse to pay the extra insurance or higher amount for a different car because they gave your car away, they will not rent to you. Stay away. They’re offsite. Late at night that leaves you offsite, away from the rental center, in an industrial area without a car.
I had an amazing experience with this Florida Toyota Rental! The booking process was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the Toyota car I rented was clean, reliable, and fuel-efficient. It made exploring Miami, Orlando, and the Florida Keys so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florida!
If you want an honest assessment of this business, which I strongly advise you to avoid, read the reviews on Yelp, not the happy talk reviews presented here. I have never been asked to provide written proof of liablity insurance in all the decades I've been renting cars. But I was asked for that here. When I could not provide that proof, I got stuck with an insurance bill of over $200., plus multiple other miscellaneous charges. Was charged $150 extra on our credit card because the car was normal dirty. It had just poured and there was sand in the car because we were in Miami. The contract states they can charge a fee if the car is excessively dirty. It was not. They did not send a receipt to inform us of the additional charge either, we discovered it on our credit card statement.
