Was charged $150 extra on our credit card because the car was normal dirty. It had just poured and there was sand in the car because we were in Miami. The contract states they can charge a fee if the car is excessively dirty. It was not. They did not send a receipt to inform us of the additional charge either, we discovered it on our credit card statement.
