Giving it time to cool off before posting this so that I can explain the situation clearly this Company came out to fix a leaking sink.. charged $500 to do so…. then gave me estimates of $3000 to replace two faucets. I declined the estimate and paid the $500 to fix the leaking sink . Two days later, I found that they had not fixed it . I called and spoke with them. They said they would send another plumber out. Plumber arrives and gives me a $1500 additional estimate to install a new kitchen faucet that I have to go purchase... read more

I am giving you five stars even though I had almost no contact with the service man and I have never received or been told of the condition of my valve. I can only assume that the city was okay with your report. I would encourage you to have more contact with your customers in order to keep everyone informed. This is something I picked up after about 50 years of contruction as a builder.
