The counter men are very knowledgeable and u can tell when a person enjoys there job it shows in the service. The people in sales are great to I’m a plumber myself but I don’t know everything. You ask these guys and if they know they are ready to help and explain if they don’t for any reason they will find out for u. Just all around solid place to do business with. That’s my opinion
Spent hours trying to locate a hand shower cradle that was not made of plastic. Decided to try one more place before giving in to plastic. I called the Piperville office. I explained my need and Ben said he thought he could help. He did and the piece works great. No more plastic breaking and dropping a shower head on my head. Ben was very very pleasant and professional. One more note - prices were very reasonable.
