Rented a wheelchair after having foot surgery. They charged 60.00 for a month. I rented it on April 22nd, returned it May 1st. Still 60.00, no pro rating. Ridiculous!

EMR was a dependable source for many of my husband's needs during the last 5 years. Dependable, assessable, available but most especially kind & empathetic personnel. Even with some calls after hours, they were there - and didn't remind you that it was after hours! Thank you EMR!!!!
