Great business and very friendly. They know their products and are extremely helpful with any questions you have.
The customer service at Economy Lawn & Ag in Olive Branch, MS is outstanding. Their staff goes out of their way to help you, they have high IQ on their products, and they're solution oriented. On top of that the pricing is more than fair. Highly recommend. I bought a Bad Boy Maverick HD from Economy Lawn & Ag in Sep 2023, and the entire experience, from shopping to purchasing to service to general Q&A has been really great.
The lies from this business. Their reply is not true. No shavings. no use. The saw would not turn the chain and as they state, and they had to take it apart and reseat the head. I did nothing to the tool. If there was any soil, while, I assure you it had to be more like "dust" and could've come from when I set the tool on the ground to try and see what's wrong.
