DO NOT STAY HERE!! There were bed bugs in my bed. For that reason I did not want to stay in the room. I showed proof (pictures of the bugs) and they tried to tell me that it was a cigarette burn. Cigarette burns do not move. They are refusing to give a refund.

Booked room with points through my premium travel credit card. I unexpectedly had to change dates for my reservation. Called credit card travel services more than 24hrs in advance to arrange alternate dates. They contacted the front desk, who initially verbally agreed to changing the reservation, but said they needed to wait for “another manager.” 3-4 calls to my travel service later, hotel managers went back on their word and won’t reschedule my reservation.
