Ty checks all the boxes of being a professional in his trade. He explained in detail what our issue was & we were blowing full heat within 20min. At no point did he try and upsell us. In today’s day and age, finding good honest service workers is rare, we are more than satisfied with the service provided by Ty and Economy Heating & Refrigeration.
Very poor communication with our family. Unable to solve the problem and yet still cost us $3000 for parts and labor. They had to reschedule our appointment multiple times.
