My technician, David, was so pleasant and professional! He showed up, completed the work exactly as he said he would and answered all my questions. From the day I called, to the day the work was completed, everything was very streamlined and on par with their promise. Excellent service!
Highly recommend. Lost power to thermostat. Entered schedule entry on the website at night, received a call early next morning and was scheduled that afternoon. David was great, diagnosed it quickly and replaced the transformer and a connector and installed a new thermostat in less than 2 hours (had to go get the part).
We just had Economy Air put in a whole new Champion heat pump variable Air/Heat system. It is great!! We love it! It is so quiet!! Our old system was 27 years old and due to fail this summer so took advantage of winter pricing. and the City of Roseville $2500 rebate. Pricing was better than any other bids plus 10 year parts & service warranty! The team was efficient and pretty much got the old system out and the new system in on day one! guys that came out got it done in one day. I highly recommend them.
