Through a maintenance contract, I had a seasonal checkup done by Economy. TJ arrived right on time, was friendly and engaging, very professional and knowledgeable, and provided very good, thorough information. Very good experience; I would definitely use Economy again.
Called a HVAC company to see if they could fix our AC, they said the whole system had to.ge replaced, including the furnace upstairs and all the air ducts too - for over $10k. Then called Economy Heating and Air, they came out, found and electrical issue and fixed it for around 600 +/- 300. Dont really remebr the price bit was way better that being lied to about having to have the whole thing replaced. I like the honesty. Thats why in called them again when I had AC problems. A few days ago.

The service provider was very friendly and quickly took care of the problem. They also responded promptly after I called. He also checked the rest of the system to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely use them again.
