Any time I've needed a delivery of propane they have been prompt and delivered the next day. We have never had a problem with them .

My oil burner was not working today and I called Economy Heating. Within an hour they had a repair technician at my home and he fixed my burner! I use Economy Heating for oil burner tune ups and fuel delivery and have always been satisfied!

Seems too be a almost unreal to deal with staff and service people with single thought of customer satisfaction. Using them for my propane supplier and service needs my second home a four season cottage near Brackney, Pa. Appointments are kept and on time with no call back problems. Added value! Worth every dime..tried others..shouldn't have.

Today I through my fault ran out of fuel oil and called and talked with Bud, within 1 hr I had oil delivered, very very happy! Respectful and caring!

Unethical company. I was charged for a service in which no service was performed! They refused to take the charge off. Not only was I given poor advice, it turns out it was bad advice. The service person told me I needed a new furnace. It turns out I only needed a $65 part.

I have had the propane service for over 6 years and always paid my bill in full. I have had a credit check with them and was on automatic delivery. Just recently on 1-09-2014 I ran out of propane. We called them and did not get propane til 4 pm the next day. The bill was quite high since tank was fully empty. Was waiting for income tax to come in. Then on 2-22-2014 I ran out again. When I called they told me I had a current balance and that is why I didn't get a automatic delivery this time. After let them know my feelings o... read more
