Economy Fireplace installed a gas insert at our house this week. The fireplace is great, but I want to focus on the professional, knowlegeable people who made this happen. The team worked together like an Indy 500 pit crew each knowing their job and the timing of each to make many changes in a short period of time. We bought 2 fireplace logs from economy to replace our old ones, which we had purchased from them over 20 years ago. From phone calls, emails and a store visit, they were extremely helpful in making our choice. Steven was great to work with. The young men who installed the fireplaces were polite, friendly and very helpful in explaining how the remote start worked, answering our questions and cleaning up before they left. Very professional.

I simply cannot express how grateful we are to Steven and the company itself.
