Excellent customer **********************! Have had them for drain and plumbing issues for years. The owner and his son are wonderful, trustworthy and make sure the job needed is done perfectly. Great customer service and completion of major project in August, 2020 At the time my family was assisting my father through his end of life needs and had no time to worry about footer drain disaster! Economy drain owner and the employees responded compassionately, timely and fairly with all our footer drains and street drain cleaning and repairs. Highly recommend them without any regret of hiring this company ourselves.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. OVERCHARGED US FOR MINOR WORK AND THEY HAD JUST BEEN HERE 6 MONTHS BEFORE. NEVER CALL THEM OUT OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!!!!!
We had an excellent experience with Economy Drain. We had an underground water line break and the underground shut off valve was stuck in the on position. We had 5 plumbers come out and no one could fix it. Economy Drain came first thing in the morning and had everything repaired and in working order before noon.
Great local family owned company. Awesome customer service from the initial call to the service being performed. The servicemen are always courteous and professional, and have been the only plumber I have used that cleaned up after snaking a drain. Before you call the big guys that will charge a fortune, consider economy drain, you will be happy.
