Jason was AWESOME! Jason and I chatted by e-mail and texted pictures of what I needed. It was great that their team was able to pull the piece I needed . . then place it on my car! The parts weren't damaged, as this team knows 'what/how/when/where' they were doing and where to do it. Have already recommended Economy Auto Salvage to several of my friends! Not sure what their "return policy" is.. but I know I won't need to return . . unless it's for more parts for my Import Car. Thanks Jason!

The guys and gals at Economy are the best in the west by test. They are very professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of their game. I highly recommend them for your used auto parts.

I was very impressed today with the service at your Economy. Everyone was friendly, timely and extremely helpful. The next time I need a part, I know exactly where to come and I will be recommending Economy to everyone I know. A+ all the way across the board on price, availability and especially customer service!!

I was in the area needing a part for my truck, they were able to get it off and ready in an hour! I called several places and they were the cheapest of all and really prompt! I would reccomend!

I broke down close to this business. My battery was apparently bad. They were able to change my battery in less than like 10 minutes. I only paid $35 for a new battery. I am very very pleased with this place and the people there.

I spent time and money getting in to a pull it your self lot. I could not find a radiator on the lot. Then I called Economy. I drove right down the street, I picked up my radiator and was on my way to put it in. They were friendly and did not waste my time. The radiator was much less than the other places I called.

I was extremey disappointed in their customer service, they provided me with the wrong part, and would not take it back, and would not provide me a refund. There was no one to escalate the concern to, basically they laughed at me when I left. Stay far, far away from this place.
