Great after purchase service even 2 years after I bought the car. Very fair and honest.
I bought a car through them back in 2008 wasnt the greatest.... Then last year i bought another car and its been awesome. Very few things went wrong and the problems i had they fixed for me no questions asked. The only down side was they didnt tell me there was a recall on my cars air bags. So i had to get that fixed. All in all i am a female and they didnt give me any hassel or problems. I love my car and because of Economy i was able to get it!!:) Thanks guys!!
EXCELLENT SERVICE! I will buy all my future vehicles from this place. I found a cute little ford escape that I fell in love with, he was honest with me in the fact that the lifters were worn, so while replacing the lifters he also put in a new timing belt, tires and cam. On a seperate issue the radiator on my husbands truck was leaking he offered to take a look, ended up fixing/replacing alot more than just the radiator on his truck at an unheard of price! Thank you so much for all you have done Rashid!
The mechanics there dont know what their doing. After having our car there for a month and a half and 500 dollars later, they did not fix our car. And walking in this 100 degree weather has been quite the hardship which they obviously had no sympathy for. Now as for the car salesman, while watching the mechanics "attempt" to fix my car, they couldnt fix the gas light on another car that they were selling. They deal underhanded and try to make it look legit. If you are female, dont go there alone; they try to be intimidating. And the inside of their office stinks of cigarettes. It is disgusting. I wish I never would have come across the place....
