Always done right by me here in Glastonbury. They never try to push me on unnecessary things, but always make sure to give me recommendations IF needed, but never push at all. Always fast, kind, and efficient. Especially as a woman by herself, it’s nice to not be afraid to come here without help.
Quick service but the prices are high, even with an online coupon
Multiple issues across prior service sessions. Most recent is oil overfill triggering warning light and return for service.
I came in for just an oil change, and that’s exactly what I told them I wanted. On my previous visit, I had an oil change plus my engine and cabin air filters replaced, and my total was only $77. This time, I was charged $95.69 for just an oil change. When I questioned the price, I was simply told that prices had gone up since my last visit.
