Ariel Ortiz is reliable, reasonable, understanding, and professional. I told him my issue and constraints and he took care of it. I recommend this shop for sure!
I recently went in and got all my brake pads and rotors changed out and took advantage of the summer deal best price around and the work was great I would highly recommend it to anyone
I Brought my Jeep into Ariel's Shop a couple weeks ago and he was Very honest with me saying its Very unsafe to drive .. The whole frame was rotted out and a bunch of other things along with that.. He went out of his way to find me another vehicle..Another jeep very Safe and Reliable and I am a very happy Customer. It's hard to find a Mechanic that Really Cares about his Customers.. I will never go to another place.. Thank you Ariel I'm so very happy with my New Jeep!!

I think Ariel Ortiz is an amazing person who truly cares about his customers. Both my sons recently purchased cars from him and he went above and beyond to make sure they were safe and in good condition before my boys got into them. I will continue to do business with him on my car as well as the two cars he sold us!!!!!!!
Came in for an oil change and left with a smile ..... Ive had back yard mechanics do work on my car over the summer and leave a bit undone and not fixed properly ..... He pointed these unfinished unproperly fixed "flaws" out & worked out a very appriciated price with me. It pays off to find an intelligent honest mechanic! Thanks Ariel!!! Now were ready for winter .......
