We have a 23-year-old heat pump and we figured it needed to be replaced. Brian came out to give us an estimate on a new one but he let us know that there are still parts available for our current one and it can be repaired if needed. We really appreciate his honesty and if we do have problems with our heating system we are calling Economy Air Systems!
I can't say enough good things about Economy Air Systems. They show up when promised, work diligently and efficiently. They gave non self-serving advice. They installed a beautiful new high efficiency heating system on time and with a friendly and professional manner. The installer was in and out effortlessly without disrupting the household. He went above and beyond with another service/install request that others had failed to perform. I whole heartedly recommend Economy Air Systems.
Couldn't be happier with the services provided by Economy Air Systems, Inc.!!!!!! When asked to give us a quote for removing our existing 40+ year old electric forced air furnace and replacing it with a new unit and a heat pump with A/C, Brian was able to schedule an appointment to come look at what we had within days. These people are great, personable, honest, knowledgeable, clean and timely as promised. The installer added air conditioning to our existing Bryant gas heating system. It was installed quickly with true expertise. You cannot even tell it was added.
