Economy Heating and Air is THE BEST SERVICE you are going to find in the Auburn/Opelika area. Mr. Pitts was thorough, professional, timely, and affordable. Extremely helpful and quick, I could not recommend a more economic or friendlier company.
After the Auburn Fire Department determined there was no fire, just that the HVAC motor was smoking, I called Carter at Economy. He responded promptly, replaced the motor for a reasonable fee, and kept me from having to endure 30 degree temperatures without heat. He's polite, knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what he's doing. Customer service is important to Economy Heating & Air!
RecommendedBEST HEATING AND AIR COMPANY IN AUBURN!! The owner of the company dropped what he was doing to come and replace my thermostat when my heater was not working and my house was freezing! Mr. Pitts showed up to my house very promptly and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I will be using them for all of my future heating and air needs!
This was my second time to use Economy Air Heating and AC. I used them again because Carter just does a great job. Very professional and punctual person who wants to provide great customer service to everyone who calls. He came right out informed me of the problem and had it fixed fast.
