Caring. Well staffed. Prices like most vets in California. Doctors are very informative and attentive.
They took great care of my dog. Everyone was also very friendly and professional. They are walk-in only, but we didn't have to wait get long.
I've been coming here for a while, but during my pickup today, I waited well over 90 minutes for a refill and was treated very disrespectfully by the front desk staff when I asked for an update. I wanted to bring this directly to your attention because that level of service doesn't reflect well on your veterinary practice. For context.
