Horrible customer service. Today January 29 of 2019 they left my trashcan over half full. I contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do because there was not a truck in the area. They then went on to tell me to just simply pile up the trash at my residence if I run out of room. I told them that was not acceptable that I was paying for a service and it was not completed.
