Our pump out stopped working early in the morning last week and my husband could not get it going again. He phoned Larry, who was about to start a very busy day. Larry graciously told my husband what to look for and what to do. He even looked at photos my husband sent him and helped him fix the problem over the phone, which was a huge relief as we were supposed to go out of town the next day. Excellent company to deal with. Always answer the phone, friendly. Also very helpfull, knowledgeable about Septic. Always willing and able to answer any questions we have had. Will be dealing with Econo Septic in the future.
