this is the best printing company iv ever worked with, because they have great service and it gets delivered so quickly , and not even that they also have great customer service . and to all the people that are saying their bad well its just because you were probably being a brat to them .

I wish there were a way to give a -5. This company was not only a pain to work with, but they are also trying to charge me $30 more after I approved the invoice. BEWARE, 40 years in business and I have never dealt with anyone so incompetent. STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer service from one of their Account Executives. She lied about not receiving emails from me and hung up on me after a very rude conversation. Spoke with the owner. He was more interested in defending his employee then he was with making it right. He gave me a refund, but I was already disputing the charge with my bank, so I was going to get my money back anyway. This shop is exceptional. I've been designing a couple tabletop card games over the last several months, so the edits/ideas I've had to translate to paper have had me in a constant need for print. I contacted Econo Print, advised them of my archaic limitations on the design end, (I was and still am submitting designs made in Word), and they have reliably processed what I assume to be submissions requiring manipulation on their end with professionalism and efficiency.
