Very fast to reply, but not very helpful. I asked about the price and delivery time for business cards (with a detailed description) and was told 5 business days and nothing even remotely related to price. I asked about the simplest document printing and copy price and time they would need and was told to go elsewhere :D. So I don't know; apparently this is not the right place for simple documents, and whether business cards here are priced well or cost an arm and a leg is not possible to find out :D. Great customer service. I am a student and needed a research poster printed. Other printing companies did not carry the size I needed and did not do same day printing. I called Econo 5 minutes before they closed and spoke to Saige and she was great. The very next day my poster was printed and ready for pick up. So easy and quick and very affordable. I recommended them to my fellow classmates as well.
