Good diagnostics. My car was left with hard water stains that took vinegar to take off and the engine cover is left missing it's screws! Good diagnostics but poor care for the car!
Service was prompt and professional. I went in for maintenance. They provided a detailed inspection with images and a list of recommended repairs with reasonable quotes. There was no sales pressure to get any of the suggested work done which I appreciate.
Upon arriving at this location I was Greeted by John advised him I had a appointment and to have my vehicle serviced and a very easy and quick service was began. Upon completion was advised via text and written what had been done and needed work. Will go back for future service due to professionalism from staff. Highly Recommend
Made an appointment this morning and was able to get in same day for an oil change , had a great experience and didn’t take long at all , I will definitely be back.
Service Rep ask me the reason for my visit. I said for an Alignment. He asked me Why, was car veering to left or right. I said that the dealership has recommended it. He then started that he would put the car up on the rack just to check if my car did indeed Need an alignment. Well, it did and he explained everything to me.
