an employee (who did not knock or announce his presence) waltzes into my room while I am changing. I made a complaint and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I was 100% terrified that an employee walked into my room. I spent the rest of my stay feeling unsafe. And i can't seem to get the manager to call me back. This is a real issue and I want to know that it's being addressed and taken seriously. I once checked in here, it's nice, silence and clean room. So good for the price.
Wanting to visit Lake Washington and get up early to try out the fishing,this location was perfect. The exit is very quiet but it did have a Starbucks, decent teriyaki and Dennys. Room was clean and economical, just what I was looking for. Staff was friendly.

this place was great!!! i would recomend it for anybody true the walkways were icy but by the next day it was gone not sure about your comment or complaint we were greated by a warm and careing staff named shar at least i think her name i shar thats neithier here nor there though stay and see for yourself
We rented a room simply to use the hot tub, which could be called warm at best....when we alerted the front desk we were told, "oh, well, I'd have to call in my pool guy" Nothing was done about the lukewarm hot tub for the duration of our stay. THEN when we were checking out the next morning, my husband moved our vehicle to the front door to avoid the VERY ICY sidewalks (which had not been salted) and was told by the owner "You better hurry up and move that...you are blocking my traffic" he apparently ws unaware that there w... read more
Terrible service, no hot water in the morning, tub filthy. They have a ridiculous 10-day reservation policy. Cheap service, rude owners. Try the Saxtons River Inn or Grafton Inn, instead. For $30 more, you'll have a much nicer stay.
