Se nos robaron dos iPod llegamos dejamos nuestras cosa en la habitación como tiene que ser luego nos fuimos a la playa, dejamos los iPod en la habitación en la mesa de noche y cuando llegamos no estaban , fuimos dos veces hablar en la oficina y la única respuesta que conseguí fue que ellos no tomaron nada , y no me vengan con que en la habitación no se deja nada . I had 3 rooms for a football camp, went to let them know that one of the rooms had bed bugs, someone went to check and i sent my 15 yo upstairs to see and make sure. i was on the phone with him while she was yelling and screaming at my child calling him a liar and saying it had to be a "waterbug" (which is roaches0 bc they have those but it was def a bed bug and yelling at my child WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... I am writing to formally complain about the treatment I received from front desk staff and management during my recent stay at your property. I have stayed at this hotel previously with my service animal without issue. For this visit, I booked through Expedia and explicitly informed the booking agent that I would be traveling with a service animal possibly two. Terrible place, we booked a night here ahead of time but when we arrived it did not look like what was advertised. The place was run down and we quite frankly did not feel safe to sleep here at all. They refused to give us a refund even though we did not stay here.
