Great place to stay for the price. Very accommodating with pets. They have rooms on the back side, ground units that open up to a large grassy area for your pets. Clean, nice, efficient rooms, great staff.
Great little place to stay while in Newport, ESPECIALLY if you have your pets 🐾 with you! I came to Newport for a wedding and while I stayed there, I brought our 2 little puppies that were still being introduced to potty training. We stayed in room 109, which has a grass area just outside our door. Was perfect for the cause. Rooms were clean, non-smoking (which was great for my asthma), price was less than all other places around town, and the staff were just so wonderful and helpful! don't trust this motel, there is a reason why it is dirt cheap. I booked online and once I drove over was told I need to be 21 to check in. When I asked if I could get a refund since I wasn't 21 and had no one with me who was 21 I was refused. I'm going to be disputing the charge with my bank.
Poor service. Left something in my room when i left and have had the hardest time trying to get them to give back my laptop
