I never give out reviews because my standards are very low to meet but roaches in a room ? How can y’all let people stay in a room like that aren’t you supposed to move them to a better room ?
Great hotel to stay at rooms are nice and it is mostly quiet and the front desk staff are really nice
After noon staff was nice and polite. But then came the morning. Check out time right? tell me why the chick in the front desk told me that it takes the cleaning lady from 10 am to 4 pm to clean a few none smoking rooms. 🤦♂️ she literally lies saying there is no rooms available so she doesn't have to work. 🤣 Don't like your job go get another one. miserable ahh.
Muy mal servicio mucho insecto, no hacen limpieza a las habitaciones, el olor es horrible y la señora que atiende en la noche es muy mala persona qué horror de lugar mi peor experiencia.
