Upon entering the parking lot, numerous people are hanging out of their rooms. It appears as if they have lived here for a duration. At the checking desk, two men were having a loud discussion. Got the keys to my room and had to find my way in the dark because the light did not work. Actually, of the three lights in the room, only one worked when I went to turn it on. This is our go to hotel in Kissimmee. Staff is incredible, rooms are always clean and for this area of town this a good safe place to stay.

Needs to be shut down
definitely need security at night at this place. We came back later on from doing our park related stuff and alot of drunk people and seemed high as well even just walking the parking lot. being a female, I definitely don't not feel so safe. My main complaint is I was staying with my family and was sleeping on the couch pull out. The sheets (fitted) were dirty and I had no covers either. We got back late and with how the people were in the parking lot we did not wish to go to the front desk and just dealt with it.
