If you can avoid this place I would highly recommend you do so. If you are stuck with barely any money. May God have mercy on your soul. 'Cause this place is a dump!
Bath towels area white but stained make them looks beige. I don’t have nothing to add.
Advertised as having a pool, breakfast (in their pictures), Egyptian cotton sheets, and air conditioning. The pool is permanently closed, there is no breakfast and the room is now piled and cluttered, the sheets are a poly blend, and the a/c was turned off.
I earn points very often. Last night while passing thru I attempted to use my points for a room. Unfortunately, the front desk man felt it was necessary to lie to me about not being able to have a room since I didn’t book in advance. Customer care said otherwise ended up refunding my points and placing me in a better hotel. The lack of service is what got me.
