The room was uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioner was unable to cool it down sufficiently, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed was also noticeably worn out and in need of replacement. It also appeared that the hotel had recently changed the door locks on the rooms. Rather than properly covering the openings left by the old hardware, old key cards had been used as makeshift covers. If you removed the key card you could look through two holes in the door. Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. People above us kept us awake ALL night walking loudly back and forth. Only reason we staid here because of loyalty to Choice Privileges.
Nice hotel if you are on a budget. Big suites, rustic atmosphere, spa and fireplace. Bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Front desk lady was great. Very nice personality.
This was the Best Econo Lodge Inn Ever! The rooms were Immaculate and roomy, everything you needed was there. The staff were So friendly and helpful checking in and out and anything in between. Tanya and Hardin working at the front desk were beyond helpful, no matter the question, Carla keeping the breakfast area clean and filled for guests and the rooms were kept spotless by the hard working staff making sure your supplies they provided were kept plentiful. My family and I had been in our room for 15 minutes and the front desk called and said there were noise complaints. We weren't doing anything crazy or being excessively loud, but I apologized and I told them I'd try to keep it down. My kids were playing on screens being quiet and they called again with more complaints! We've stayed in many hotels and never had a complaint.
