Excellent customer service extremely helpful staff at the front desk clean rooms definitely recommend.
This place has been outstanding to us very friendly staff accommodating to my disabilities and a nice stay and area will be a repeat geust way better than other more exspensive places in the area
For Jackson Tennessee the hotel is nice the manager is polite it has no bias against anyone the rooms are clean check in his fast in unlike most hotels they are transgender friendly quiet atmosphere in very welcoming only thing is that the breakfast is a little small but everything else is perfect I would highly recommend and even though they treat everyone as a person they don't have any riff Raff
The hotel was perfect the service was excellent the rooms were clean the manager is not biased and does not have any riff Raff and bs roaming around quiet and comfortable and if you're transgender they're very welcoming unlike most hotels and they do have smoking rooms I would highly recommend staying at this hotel while you're in Jackson check in was fast in easy
Pool was not open, and it was 100 degrees
