I got a Jacuzzi tub room only 3 jets out of 9 or 10 jets worked I reported it, nothing was done. I was told the next day that a manager could help me with something maybe some money off of the room, manager passed me on saying I have to talk to the gm and was told that I would hear from them the same day nothing. Update I did have to call and Destiny did justify in my opinion overly justify this issue by giving me some money back, now I'm overly satisfied and would love to stay here again. Front desk clerk was very nice & helpful. Great suggestion for dinner. Shrimp Basket had good food & fast service. Our room is very comfortable and the shower was perfect after a day of traveling. A big plus that we got to park right outside our room. AC worked great
Everywhere smelled like cigarettes, even the lobby. There was no shower curtain in our room,and the toilet omgoodness so loud AND you definitely have to close the lid because if u dont, ot hits the wall behind you. Also, the door is so close to the toilet it is hard to get in.

Yo low key the best stay I’ve had at a hotel !!!!! met the sweetest cleaner ever ella!!! and the most help full breakfast staff, I believe she said her name was dede !!! very clean environment ! I’m definitely coming back, I stay here any time I come to foley !!! Lovedddd the hot tub and the pool !! Not gonna lie got a little confused with the hot tub button because you have to pull it but- bonk me on the head I didn’t read it lol !!!! You can go across the street too and go to the mall loved doing that !! All around great... read more
