Rooms is bad cracks all over the room is old the walls are broken the door doesn’t lock correctly
Me and my husband and kids stayed in 117 the rooms are clean the owners are very nice everytime they see my kids they give the kids candy we are most definitely coming back next time we come down to see our family
Wish I could give zero stars. My flight was cancelled due to a major storm shutting down the entire northeast. This place not only did not refund me, but hung up on me multiple times while I tried to figure it out. They did not have a manager to talk with or anyone who would help me even though I cancelled three days prior. Do not stay here. Terrible customer service.
I love this place. I come from California and going to key West. I love this place. Lowest prices in town people are great. They really make you feel at home. Md general Manager he is best guy .
