I would never recommend coming to this location awful service, terrible communication and they tell you there’s no refund available even if you do not like the room

Service NEGATIVE ZERO STARS. Booked online through Booking.com PAID. Arrived expecting just to pay a small incidental fee since I booked a SMOKING room. I was told by the woman at the front desk that , I would have to pay for the room itself again $88.55 plus $100 incidental fee. She stated that “it’s a pending charge not an actual charge.” I’ve booked many hotels online before , ones more top tier than this . Terrible found bed bugs in my rooms. Room 131 & room 126. They had to move me to the 2nd floor bc the first Floor is absolutely disgusting
