Bugs. We should have left immediately. We were so worn out, and everything else in town was booked out for a ball game, we decided to just stay the night. In retrospect, we should have just slept in the car. Door latch to the room worked upside down, that was wild. Door latch to the bathroom did not work at all, had to use a trashcan to keep it closed. Just know when you go here these people are only out to get the most money they can get from you. They are money driven not customer driven. First of all I wasn't expecting a Hilton room on Franklin Rd so no complaints on the room you get what you pay for . But as a platinum choice member my thoughts were I was offered free early check-in and late checkout. Not here I was charged $15 and $20 for early check-in on the same 3 day stay . Service and prices are good. Haven't seen any bugs and it's clean. My only complaint is that the rooms could use a little better maintenance and upkeep (dead bulbs, worn out mattresses, and some of the appliances and fixtures need some updates but it looks like they may be working on some of that.)
The room was clean..A good value for the money..except..No Continental breakfast..Lobby coffee was cold..And the shower pressure was very low..The main thing is that 2 years later the SAME outlet did not work in room 105..All thing considered ☆☆☆
Someone robbed a friend of mines at this hotel & the staff was in on it they did not run the cameras back or give any information on the person that robbed my friend who had booked the room they treated him as if he weren’t a victim and kicked him off the property never do business here or trust these people.
