Staff member Sierra was very very very rude. Room was disgusting, and there were cockroaches outside.
Pepper sprayed my sister. Has fleas. Has roaches. Service 100% terrible. Sister asked for a refund they yelled at her then proceeded to pepper spray her as she walked away.
Dead flies, cracked heads, black mold.
The lady that works in the morning, around noonish is really rude, she was being really mean I asked her a question and she didn’t help me and she hung up the phone. She was being a smart butt for no reason. This is a horrible place!
Clean and comfortable. Friendly, professional desk staff. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. TV has lots of channel options. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water.
