My recent stay with Sleep Inn at this location from the first night we checked in has been horrible. The first day we arrived which was early in the morning after driving 12 hours from NC. We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 a.m. walked in the hotel and we had to wait for 5 min before we realized there was a white male in the laundry room listening to music with headphones blaring because we had to get his attention. I called this hotel to make a change to my existing reservation and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and cut me off when I was talking. Very unprofessional!! I wont be staying at this hotel!!

I was an employee for the Comfort Inn Fort Collins North as their Breakfast Ambassador. Unfortunately, I am relocating and had to leave this position. If I could choose to stay here long term, I would happily. I have nothing but wonderful praises to sing toward management, company culture, and overall business of the Comfort Inn. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and courteous.I will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price.Hat tip to the owners and staff of the Sleep Inn, Parkersburg

We just stopped in for an overnight while traveling to Indianapolis. The hotel is new and you can tell housekeeping works hard to keep it in that condition. The young man, Jordan, that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When I told him we were struggling finding a parking spot for our vehicle because of a small trailer we were pulling, he immediately came outside to help. Very nice hotel. Pretty new. Staff is very friendly, helpful and courtesy. Hotel and parking lot are very clean. Nicely decorated and rooms are great. Quiet hotel near the interstate. You can't go wrong staying here. Very good value!!
