I don't know if the customer service rep that I spoke with thinks he's still in the caste system, but he literally tried to bully me into getting a room. I called to get a room and then gave him my card info and said I was good with the price. then he read the fine print stating "IF YOU CHECK OUT EARLY THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU."
