The staff is not very understanding and doesn’t care too much about complaints that visitors have about rooms and noise disturbances. The rooms are very dirty, showers barely cleaned, mosquitoes found in the room, sheets have holes, lights barely work, and the noise level is excessive. I made a complaint about the noise level and customer service was not understanding about this complaint. They book smoking rooms as non smoking. The room reeked.
Whoever works at this hotel at night was very rude and nasty. Treated me very poorly the moment I walked in . Did nothing to help me . Instead got an attitude and said he couldn’t do anything neither could a manager or anyone for that matter . & instead he wanted to stand behind the window as a “grown man” trying to get aggressive and threatened me with the police .do not recommend staying here . Wouldn’t even let me change my room dates or get a refund.
Clean and comfortable. Good hot water and pressure. Decent channel selection on TV. Good heat in room.
