Affordable, comfortable, and clean. Great staff

Stayed here for three days. It was quite. Continental breakfast with hard doughnut and coffee. Decent prices
stayed in room 210 the ac don’t work asked for another room with working ac but they told me they couldn’t change me rooms and refused to give me a refund there was a plate of food left in the fridge for god knows how long
I asked for a smoking room but didn't expect to have bedding with burn marks. This wasn't the cleanest or quietest place I've stayed. People outside revving their cars engine, fireworks or just the people a few doors down partying outside their room at 11pm. Also the floors were dirty & I find a wallet between the mattress and the wall just under my pillows. So did they miss that or not change the sheets? Not sure how u could make a bed and miss that.
