The rooms are decent and very affordable. Ive stayed here multiple times for various reasons and habe had a good experience about 90 percent of the time. The only complaint at all is the room keys seem to barely function at all. It will take multiple tries and sometimes a trip down to the front desk to get them to finally work. If they fix that one issue id say theyd be a 5 star.
Room 138 was fine until the morning, woke up and saw a bed bug crawling on the pillow on the other bed. This bug was a nice size. Went to the front desk with the picture and was told that I stayed in the room for the night and because the bug was discovered in the morning (well before checkout), that I couldn't get a refund at first. Then I was told that Super.com would refund me which they said that, confirmation has to come from the hotel who will only refund 10% which would be $6.
