I booked the room because I wanted to soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately the night i was there the pool and hot tub were overrun by children. My room only had a shower so I couldn't soak in the bathtub either and no other rooms were available. So I waited until morning. However, in the morning they didn't open the pool and 10am came around so I just checked out and told the guy at the desk my experience.
