I've stayed at all the "cheap" hotels in Colorado Springs. This one is BY FAR THE WORST! The room wasn't actually that bad, however the customer service of this place is atrocious. The manager is a joke. I was told I'd get my deposit back only to be charged for towels I did not take, I hung them up in the bathroom myself, I called to ask about this and he was very very rude. Told me to bring him 2 towels and he will return my deposit, and then when I asked for the owner he told me he would call the cops for theft. Ridiculous... read more
Very nice and new mattresses. I slept like a baby. I wish I had more time to stay longer. Always clean and quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub are very nice. Staff members are very professional and friendly. I've been staying here on and off for over 15 years. I love the new furniture. The view of Pikes Peak is very nice from here. ♥️ ♥️ ♥️

Thank God for Mr. Bob & the entire staff they are very friendly & professional the rooms are always great there’s never any quarrels or issues just an amazing experience for me & my family.
Mr.bob is very friendly and professional and always care about his travelers. The room are always cozy . We stay here for awhile and the rooms were always clean!!
