Limited coffee service. TV remote batteries dead. Hair dryer broken. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows terrible. Unfortunately only thing available near event I attended.
As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overwhelming, disgusting odor. The beds were damp and smelled terrible. The window was broken, so we couldn’t even open it for fresh air, and the air conditioner was only blowing warm, damp air. We were exhausted after a long day of work and considered staying the night because it was late and we planned to find another place in the morning. The staff that I met were very nice. I loved parking right in front of my room. I stayed in 2 different rooms because addeded an additional night. Both beds were comfortable. I’m not sure but the bathroom were peeling and I have a feeling there’s mold under the bad paint jobs. The vents in the both bathrooms were so dirty. The mirror is dirty in the second one. Prakesh is #1 at hospitality. From keeping my son happy to playing with him right out front. To always making sure rooms are perfect. He makes sure everything is right for your family. Janice is the best who knows everything you could need to know. To thier perfect house keepers. Even if its not a room change they make sure everything perfect each day and thier available all day with a smile.
